Business Development Representative – Atruent

Territory: Maryland and surrounding areas – company office based in Millersville, MD

Expected total compensation (base + commission) for Year 1: $65k+

Looking for an experienced Business Development professional who would like to join a growing full managed IT service company and help increase sales by developing new opportunities, closing existing leads, and forming productive strategic partnerships.  Experience in IT service solutions not necessary, but a desire to learn this industry is a must.  This position in based in the Baltimore/Annapolis area and the right candidate will be able to attend weekly meetings in-office.  Great opportunity to join a small, but established, fun company that works hard and plays harder together!

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and exceed sales goals as set by management
  • To gain a complete understanding of the company product and service offerings
  • Lead generation and follow up
  • Cold calling and referral requests
  • Networking in vertical markets and establishing strategic partnerships
  • Tracking sales activities on a daily basis
  • Communication with company members and clients in a clear and direct manner
  • Uphold Company Brand and Core Values
  • Other duties as assigned
